LPS Terms of Services
1. By purchasing a product on the Little Proposal Shop website, you agree to the description of services being provided. You also agree to the following:
a. Any time (beyond a quarter hour) spent in addition to initial time purchased shall be invoiced at the 1st of the month following the purchase. The hourly rate to be billed will be equal to the hourly billed rate originally purchased plus 5% of the total invoice. Buyers are encouraged to contact LPS for a separate contract for additional services required beyond the purchased services time period. Buyers may also purchase additional ServicesNow products to meet hourly needs.
b. Refunds are granted at the discretion of LPS. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you will need to provide written communication to LPS with specific details regarding concerns or complaints. This communication does not guarantee a refund however we will do our best to provide the best customer service possible. E-mail: info@proposalshop.us All refunds are subject to a credit card fee of 2%. Refunds must be requested within 5 days of the completion of services.
2. Choice of Law. The laws of the state of Virginia shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties hereto.
a. Arbitration. Any controversies arising out of the terms of this Agreement or its interpretation shall be settled in Virginia in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the judgment upon award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
b. Attorneys’ Fees. If either party employs attorneys to enforce any rights arising out of or relating to this agreement, the losing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
3. Waiver. Waiver by one party hereto of breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other shall not operate or be construed as a continuing waiver.
4. Assignment. LPS shall not assign any rights under this Agreement or delegate the performance of any of their duties hereunder, without the prior written consent of the buyer.
